Shipping Policy

Once we can match your payment to your order reference, we pack the parcel, usually within a few working days. It leaves from whichever dispatch point currently holds the stock for your country.

We email your tracking number when the parcel is handed over. Count 5–18 business days for delivery, starting from the day tracking shows activity. We do not promise anything quicker than that.

• Wise — our first option for card or account payments.
• Revolut or Monzo — pay from the app or by card; confirm the order total yourself.
• bunq or bank transfer — use your order reference only, never product names.

If a payment option fails for you, contact support and we will sort it out.

Parcels go out in a plain outer box with nothing on it that names the contents or the shop.

You are responsible for checking that laboratory research materials may be imported where you live, and for any tax or duty charged on arrival. A parcel refused by customs is handled as undelivered under our Refund Policy.

Please double-check your address at checkout. Parcels lost because the address was wrong or incomplete are not our responsibility.

Tell us within 7 days of the latest expected delivery date. We will raise it with the carrier and then offer a replacement or refund where that is fair.
