What is Bacteriostatic Water?
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water preserved with 0.9% benzyl alcohol. It is the default diluent for reconstituting lyophilised research peptides where multi-day vial use is anticipated. Supplied as a sterile liquid — 10 ml per vial, 10 vials per kit (100 ml total). It is not a powder.
